Application:
The Slimsize UV dryer is ideally suited for use in existing plants or systems and for products such as e.g. paper, cardboard, foil, film, glass, printed circuit boards, plastics, wood and metal. Due to its overall width of only 600 mm, it can be integrated into almost every plant or system concept.
A retrofitted installation is also possible without any problems.
The UV dryer is available with 1 radiant emitter at the top or as a double-sided UV dryer with 1 radiant emitter at the top and 1 radiant emitter at the bottom.

Design:
Steel design in “Slimsize“ version, belt speed in a range of 2 – 20 m/minute (others according to customer request infinitely variable regulating, electronically controlled cooling system, radiant emitter power as infinitely variable regulating between 30 and 100%. Simple and quick radiant emitter replacement, aluminium lamp housing with UV radiant emitters each with 120 W/cm (others according to customer request) power, special faceted reflectors for optimum focusing of the UV rays, easy to service and maintain, exhaust fan with connection for exhaust pipe. The UV dryer can be optionally equipped with a selective filter and quartz glass panes (to reduce the product temperature) as well as a PLC control with touch screen.
